Experienced representing landlords and property managers in both residential and commercial tenancies and in Landlord Tenant Court and in civil actions. Landlords need representation on a variety of issues, including non-payment of rent, substantial breach of lease, tenant holding over after termination of the lease, proper termination of the lease, defending against rent escrow actions and wrongful withholding of security deposit, and suing former tenants for rent and late fees, unpaid utility bills and damages beyond ordinary wear and tear caused by the tenant. I also negotiate lease terminations and damages disputes. In landlord tenant actions, I pursue the eviction process until the tenant vacates or is evicted.
