• Professionally prepared legal documents that accurately reflect the information provided by my client.
• Confidentiality to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Reasonable and timely responses to all communications.
• Understand and agree with your lawyer’s billing practices including the types of fees the client will be paying.
• Complete access to your client file and immediate return of documents upon request.

My Clients Have The Responsibility To:

• Provide your attorney with all information and documents necessary to understand and properly prepare your case.
• Provide information about any new developments that take place on your case, even if you think it could be harmful or you think it would be unimportant — it could be important to your lawyer.
• Provide reasonable and timely responses to all communications.
• Carefully review any document prepared by your attorney before the document is signed and filed, recorded or served.
• Present any questions or concerns to your attorney prior to final documents being prepared.
• Make all payments according to the terms stated in your contract.
