Brief Bio
A native Bostonian who has lived in the DC area since 1980, lives in Gaithersburg, MD with his wife. Mark is active as a volunteer with various political causes in Montgomery County. His hobbies include golf, hiking, and chess. Prior to establishing his law practice in 1977, he was an attorney for two federal agencies and a lobbyist for two national trade associations. Mark is also a proud alum of Stanford University and UC/Berkeley.
